Eclipse Planning Services provided planning services in support of an outline application for 41 new homes and 250sqm of commercial units in Dullingham, Suffolk.

The site is located outside the village framework and at the time East Cambridgeshire District Council could not demonstrate a five year housing land supply. Working collaboratively with the consultant team, we were able to demonstrate that the proposal was a sustainable development, resulting in the support of both Officer’s and Planning Committee.

We advised on the planning strategy, undertook community engagement prior to the submission of the planning application, prepared a robust Planning Statement to accompany the application and represented our clients at the Planning Committee meeting.
