Eclipse Planning Services gained consent for the expansion of an existing holiday let business at New Farm, with the addition of 6 fishing lodges to the south east of the existing fishing lake. Eclipse Planning undertook pre-application discussions with the local authority and worked with specialist consultants to satisfactorily address planning issues concerning flood risk and landscape impact.
