Planning company Cambridge

Eclipse Planning Services were involved in a complex project in conjunction with the BBC DIY SoS for Children in Need to deliver a new children’s play centre for the Peterborough based charity Little Miracles. It was a challenging brief to secure planning for a new purpose built building to allow its construction within an incredibly, almost impossible, short timescale.

We worked closely with the project team and Council to identify and address planning considerations and secure permission within the required timescales for this award winning project which was the East Anglia Regional winner of the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2014 Best Public Service Building, as well as being a finalist in the RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence 2014 in the category of Leading the Way in Planning for the Community.
