Clock House Dentistry, Linton

Eclipse Planning Services advised on the planning strategy that enabled Clock House Dentistry to relocate from its former premises at 108 High Street, Linton to the Clock House. It required the submission of two applications at the same time and to be considered together, for the change of use of the Clock House from a dwelling to a dental practice and the change of use of 108 High Street to a dwelling. We subsequently achieved planning permission at a later date to extend the Clock House and further expand the Practice and discharged all the associated planning conditions.
